Start with the work everyone dreads

Our biggest early win was cleaning up messy CRM data, which went from weeks of manual work to a few hours. The best first AI project is usually the most tedious one.

Things changed when people with no coding background could describe a tool and have AI build it. The best ideas came from the people closest to the work.

Hi, I'm Josh.

I've been building software for over a decade. At Swivel, my team and I built over a thousand AI connections that let our staff and customers run the product just by asking. Cleaning up messy CRM data went from weeks of manual work to a matter of hours.

I also built the system that lets people with no coding background describe a tool they need and have AI build and launch it for them, plus the training that helped our team learn AI and create their own tools.

Now I'm sharing what I learned with other business owners, and learning what they need along the way.
